The challenge
Support a UX team of one to develop a complex multi-tenant device-based app and paired phone-based app.
My task
Design the workflow for a multi-unit central security system.
Actions
Leading a UX team of three, I conducted stakeholder research and workflow analysis. This work enabled collaboration and design exercises with my UX designers and the company’s engineering team to develop the UI for the multi-unit (tenant) commercial security system and the user app. Throughout development, I ran iterative usability tests with the users to validate efficacy of UX and designs.
